Jessica Menardy lived the first portion of her life not loving the body she was in. Her first weight loss journey was rocky and started off in a really bad place. She learned through that process how to love herself though, and she lost over 100lbs.
Several years later she got into a bad car accident and then later found out she was pregnant. She gained 65lbs back and no longer recognized herself. So whilst dealing with postpartum depression and a loss of self, she decided to change her body and mindset again.
